Place of delivery

Your order will be delivered to the address provided during the order process. We ship the Aubade collections to Austria (AT), Cyprus (CY), Spain (ES), Estonia (EE), Finland (FI), Greece (GR), Ireland (IE), Italy (IT), Lithuania (LT), Luxembourg (LU), Latvia (LT), Malta (MT), The Netherlands (NL), Portugal (PT), Slovakia (SK) and Slovenia (SI), or our Aubade store in Madrid.

Delivery timeframe

Your order is delivered within an average timeframe of 5 days (excluding weekends, public holidays and sales periods). Deliveries are made by UPS. UPS will send you a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

Delivery costs – free in-store delivery

Delivery is free of charge for all orders over €99. For all orders below this amount, a €5.90 contribution to postage and packaging and handling will be charged during the payment step.

If you choose delivery to an AUBADE store, delivery is free of charge regardless of your order amount. Purchases made in our e-store cannot be returned or exchanged in our AUBADE store network.

Parcel tracking

As soon as the carrier receives your parcel, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS along with a tracking number that will allow you to track the parcel and see the delivery status.

For delivery to an AUBADE store, an email will be sent to you when the parcel arrives at the chosen store.

All of this information can also be accessed directly from your customer account.

If you are not at home, you will receive a delivery notice informing you that your parcel is available in a UPS pick-up point whose details will be confirmed to you by email.

To collect your parcel, you must bring ID and the parcel tracking number. If you cannot go to the pick-up point before the date indicated, you may ask a trustworthy person to collect the parcel in your name. To do so, they must bring a letter of proxy signed by you, a photocopy of your ID, their ID and the parcel number.

If no instructions are given and the recipient is not at home, a delivery notice is left in the letter box or an email notification is sent to the address entered by the customer when creating their account, giving the address and opening hours of the pick-up point where the parcel has been left.

The recipient may collect the order there, providing the parcel number and their ID.

After a period of 7 days, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
